TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Period
1.1 The Campaign is valid from 15 October 2026 to 31 December 2026

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open only to Customers who hold an active account with the SBI Bank.
2.2 Transactions must be made through the Bank’s MoneyGram service & debited directly from Customer’s account with the SBIBank.
2.3 The Campaign applies only to outbound “MoneyGram Send” transactions to Vietnam and China. It does not apply to Receive transactions or to transfers to any other country.

3. Service Fee
3.1 A flat fee of USD 3 per transaction applies to send amounts of up to USD10,000, whether the funds are collected in cash or credited to a bank account, as shown below:

3.2 Transactions above USD 10,000 are charged according to the SBI Bank’s standard fee schedule.
3.3 Any applicable exchange rate shall be the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4. Compliance
4.1 The SBI Bank reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations, without prior notice.

5. General Terms
5.1 By participating in the Campaign, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 The SBI Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign with prior notice through its official communication channels.
5.3 The general terms and conditions of the SBI Bank and of MoneyGram shall continue to apply.
5.4 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
5.5 In the event of any discrepancy between the Khmer and English versions, the Khmer version shall prevail.
