- Valid Patent with Tax Identification Number (TIN), or, instead of the Patent, a Patent Receipt
- Board Resolution to open an account
- Company Extract
- Valid IDs/Passport(s) of shareholders, ultimate beneficial owner, Board of Directors, Authorized Signatories - Obtain Original and make a copy with Certified True Copy by Bank Staff with signature
